Booking and Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system.
• A deposit is required to confirm a booking.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the tour are eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations within 0 - 6 days are non-refundable.

Travel Documents and Insurance

Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and required vaccinations. For visa requirements, check the Tanzania Immigration website. Travel insurance is strongly recommended - we partner with World Nomads for comprehensive coverage.
